What we sell

There is no stock and no shelf. Every piece is made after the design and price are agreed, which makes it manufactured specifically for you.

A piece shown on this site is work we have already done. You can order it again, but every casting is a new piece.

Prices and quotes

The binding price is the one written in the quote you received, VAT included. Prices on the site are a starting point.

A quote is valid for 14 days. A diamond's price follows the stone itself and the dollar rate, so it can move until the stone is chosen.

Payment

A deposit when the design is approved, the balance before handover. The exact amounts appear in the quote.

Production time

Three to four weeks from the moment you approve the design.

Sourcing an unusual stone, or a holiday period, can extend that. We tell you in advance, not afterwards.

Cancellation and returns

Before production starts you can cancel and get the deposit back, less costs already incurred.

Once production has started, a piece manufactured specifically to order cannot be cancelled or returned — that is what Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, provides for goods made specially for the consumer.

A fault in the work is an entirely different matter, and it is covered by the warranty.

Warranty

One year on the goldsmithing: setting, solder joints and the structure of the piece. Repairs in that period cost nothing.

The warranty does not cover scratches, distortion from pressure or impact, or a stone lost to a knock. Those repairs are possible at cost.

Cleaning and polishing at the studio is free, always.

Diamonds and certificates

A certified stone comes with its original certificate, issued in your name.

The measurements and weight on the certificate govern, and override any description on this site.

Shipping and handover

Insured to the point of delivery, within Israel and abroad. Collection from the studio by appointment.

Customs and import duties in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Photographs

Jewellery is photographed enlarged to show detail. The real tone and scale can look different from your screen.

Governing law

Israeli law applies. The competent courts in Beer Sheva have exclusive jurisdiction.
