What we collect

From the form: your name and phone number, plus the type of piece, approximate budget and anything you wrote in the free-text field, if you filled those in.

From WhatsApp: the number you wrote from and the conversation itself.

If you order a piece: a delivery address and billing details, which we are required to keep as transaction records.

Why

To reply, prepare a quote, make the piece and ship it. That is the whole list.

We do not send marketing unless you asked for it, and you can stop it at any point.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Information reaches only the suppliers the work depends on: the courier, the diamond lab when a certificate is needed, and the site's data host. Each gets the minimum its job requires.

Cookies

One cookie, which remembers the language you chose. There is no advertising on this site, no social pixels and no cross-site tracking.

How long we keep it

An enquiry that did not become an order is kept for up to two years and then deleted.

Order documents and invoices are kept for the period tax law requires.

Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it.

Message us on WhatsApp and we will handle it. No legal wording needed.

Security

The data sits with a managed database provider, encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is limited to the studio team.
